How to buy an ISA

The following instructions will help you to invest in an ISA and get 100% of the initial commission refunded back into the plan.

To print these instructions press Ctrl-P

1. For example you wish to invest £7000 in the Perpetual ISA.
   
   
2. Check whether the electronic application form (PDF) exists for the Perpetual ISA by looking in either the discount table or list of PDF files.
   1. If an application form exists you can immediately print it along with the key features. Complete and return the form to us at:

   2. If the application does not exist all you need to do is either submit your instructions using the ISA Enquiry Form or fax them to 0845 458 8007 or +44 (0)1844 344999. We will then send you all the details along with the application forms.
      
      
      
3. When forwarding your application form to us with your cheque make sure you have supplied the following information:
   
   Date of Birth
   National Insurance Number
   Mini or Maxi ISA
   Choose the fund required
   Sign and Date Application
   
   Please make sure that the Cheque is made payable to the ISA provider you have chosen
   
   Then send the application form and cheque to us at:
